Some of my regular lunches are:

    -Leftovers
-Salad with tuna and/or cheese. If I have just a salad it won't fill me up.
-Toast with avocado and tuna, or ham/cheese/tomato. I like to keep some good quality low GI bread in the freezer.
    - Sometimes I'll stir tuna and a couple of other items (e.g tomato) through some rice or quinoa. It's easy to buy pouches or tubs of cooked rice/quinoa and keep them handy for an easy meal base.
    - Soup (usually pumpkin)

These days I'm in a real rush every morning getting DS ready for school, so I often just make sure I have a little stockpile of things to work with at the office. There's a corner store across the road too, so I can easily grab items I run out of.

I batch cook lunches and snacks so usually I just take out of freezer. My usuals are:

    Morning/arvo snack:
    Bliss balls
    Pancakes
    Mini pizza scrolls
    Muffins (sweet)
    Fruit
    Veggies and dip
    Yoghurt

    Meals:
    Fritters
    Zucchini slice
    Spaghetti bolognaise (fresh cook pasta)
Pesto pasta (fresh cook pasta but pesto is pre made and portion frozen)
    Lentil stew
    Soup (various)
Thai chicken balls (make a simple salad too)
Falafels (make a simple salad or have in a wrap)
Fried rice (fresh lightly steamed veggies added)
    Sandwich

*the simple salads, pasta and steaming veggies I just do whilst I’m in kitchen having brekkie.

I take left overs from dinner. I have a batch of pumpkin soup. I also use youfoodz. All stashed in the freezer for me to grab out when I need it.

    I'm a sahm now but I'd take
    salad sandwiches/rolls/wraps.
    Left overs
    Frozen meals like lean cuisine
    Salad bowl and chicken
    Saladas
    Tin soup
Occasionally I'd take an instant middle cup/mac n cheese etc. I usually kept a few on my locker incase I forgot lunch or was too busy to easy something proper

Snacks would've been.... fruit, crackers, baked stuff from home (biscuits, muffins etc). I used to keep muslin bars etc at work too
