I also second the Valco Snap Ultra. We loved ours! It’s super easy to manoeuvre, it’s very light, has a big basket and also can face forward or face you. Only thing is it doesn’t have an adjustable handlebar but it wasn’t an issue for us.

I love our redsbaby pram. I have a jive, but the metro model is the single version. Might be a bit over your budget but there’s a FB BSS page where you could buy secondhand? Not sure if compatible with capsule as we didn’t have one and just used the bassinet.

I'd love a baby jogger, but am looking at the valco snap ultra and steelcraft agile plus.

I was set on the steelcraft acclaim. I tested it (empty) in store and it was fine, but looking online the reviews are terrible so it's back to the drawing board.
If you end up getting the Valco snap ultra to use with a maxi cosi capsule let me know, I have adapters for the snap ultra I've never used!
