    Default Brownish Spotting

    Hey Ladies,

I have just started to notice some bleeding in the past hour. It looked red at the start but now more a brown discharge.

I am 14 weeks pregnant this week and worrying now (I am a worrier)

Has anyone had this? Was your pregnancy still alright?

    Thanks in advance
    Hannah

Yes. It was my very raw skin on cervix. I’d just had bowels opened and the pressure of it passing along the walls can bump the ectropion cervix. Nothing to worry about if it that. Sex can obviously make it bleed too. It starts red , then goes brown very quickly.
I’d say if it comes back red and has a continuous flow , then go on to get checked

Thank you. It ended up bright red so we went to the assessment centre. Bub still had a heart beat so they have said rest and see OB this week.
