    Ok so prenatal and calcium need to stay. I won’t know what to do with myself when I stop rattling around like a walking, talking pill box

    I also have MTHFR and take Eagle Tresos Natal which is an Aussie prenatal with active folates and Bs. Its similar to seeking health. Did you take their shakes or the capsules? I’ve been curious about the shakes as I love a morning smoothie!

    Still deciding on DE country and researching options. Given I am single and using double donor, I ideally want ID release egg and sperm donors and would love the possibility of connecting with donor siblings. A tall ask though! I looked at UK and Finland (but pretty much decided against these). Currently looking at California which ticks 2 of my boxes and has a great success rate. No real thread for my weird country choices though! But I’m learning lots about the overall process on here which is really useful if you gals don’t mind me thread crashing occasionally.

    Oh please stay on our thread, we have a couple of other ladies who are not going to Greece as well. It is good to share experiences and the knowledge on hear is amazing. We are all on the same path no matter what country we are going to!
    So glad you have moved to DE, I was so attached to my DNA that I thought I would never consider de, now that I have my baby boy I kick myself every day that I didn’t move to de sooner. He is such a blessing.

    I took the seeking health capsules.
    Have you had immune testing done?

    Goodluck with your search for a clinic.

    That’s why I opted for Eagle Tresos Natal it is 1 a day but still has all the active folate.
    @Moc24 yes I see Dr M and have a few immune issues. MTHFR, high NKs, high ANAs, autoimmune markers/T cell imbalance, stage IV endo (removed in July). I take Dex, Clexane, intralipids and baby aspirin. He started to talk about neupogen last appointment but decided “not yet” so will be interesting to see what he wants for my DE cycle.

    Thanks for making me feel welcome!

    They use PIO in California too. I was reading American threads on the weekend and there were a few suggestions to use a heat pack before and after (instead of ice).

    @HeyJodie
    Actually yeah he is probably right because i guess i was thinking 12 weeks/3 months but at day of transfer you are already almost 3 weeks along iykwim using date of your "period" and the placenta makes its own progesterone around 8 weeks (which i always remember wrong and think its 12 weeks), hope all that makes sense, so yeah 8-9 weeks worth would be enough, but i ran out because i added a few extra every now and then especially when i had spotting. Oh and sometimes, they seem to leak out soon after inserting, like if i didnt put them in high enough or if i sneezed or after having sex, so i would always suggesting having an extra box for the tomes when.you think it may not have "stayed in" there iykwim. A lovely lady from this thread sent me her leftovers in the mail free of charge when i ran out. So myself, id get 12 weeks worth just to be sure because its only an extra $40 or so for peace of mind but dr.n is right about only needing 8 weeks worth. Anyways, if you run out, I'm sure there'd be someone on here who had leftovers for you or someone who was over there who could get some and bring back for you :-). Lol ive got a massive storage box full of expired meds, clomid, clexane, progynova, script repeats, sharps containers, ivf paperwork... i loved just physically closing the lid on that box and thinking, "I dont need any of this anymore! BEGONE!"

    Definitely for at least 12 weeks. If not more if you can. You can never have too much really!

    also like to ask what everyone did with their clexane during summer months without aircon, it has to be stored 25 deg or under and we average 32-36 deg so did everyone pop it in the fridge and bring it out for a bit before the jabbed themselves ?
    I cant quite remember but i think i did keep clexane in the fridge during summer and took it out 10-15 mins before i used it. Actually its all coming back to me as i write...DONT inject it cold from the fridge coz you can feel it badly. I remember first time i used it i did it straight from the fridge and it stung so bad i thought i must be having an allergic reaction and nearly went to the hospital

    Great sounds like your all set and ready for DE!! Can’t wait to hear about your journey and hope it’s a short road to success.
