Thanks so much @Peninsula Girl I ended up ringing Dr Ellims today just to suss out how long the wait time is for an appointment and it is only a week! (I thought it would be ages so I was pleasantly surprised) so I'll go to that and see what he says and then if I have any issues, when I see Dr NL in Dec I'll be fortright in what I need him to help me with! I have maxed out my medicare rebate because of IVF so I'm trying to squeeze in as many appointments as I need before end of year while I get a good rebate! I really appreciate your insight, thank you.

Thanks @Risa78 I had never even heard of this stuff before finding this thread so I am trying to find a balance between being totally paranoid that everything is wrong and just being thorough!

Welcome Elsielee! You’ve had a long journey to complete your family - it must’ve been devastating losing one at your 13 week appointment. DE is incredible - it winds back the clock and increases your odds like nothing else. Of course no guarantees, but you’ve got a great shot and I agree - throw the kitchen sink! Better to have no stone unturned!
The ladies are right about Dr NL in that he tests for immune and he can arrange intralipids - that is worth its weight in gold. The extra check with Dr Ellims is a good “to be sure”
@Moc24 holds the record for short trips! I had three days and it was no problem. I was on dexmethasone (a steroid for NKC) and I had so much energy I didn’t have to worry about jet lag cuz I was wired all the time 🤪. You will be amazed at what you can do. No rules apply in this world. Just think of it as a long bus ride in Australia - Greece is easy and you can do it fully cocooned if you add Kostas the driver to take care of your transport.
Stay at the president cuz it’s next door to Dr Kanakas - chemist is opposite. Coffee/Supermarket/Mini Department store (Hondos Centre) all on the same road and within walking distance.... sooo easy!

Thanks love. My gp isn’t too worried as my last ultrasound showed a small haematoma which could be the cause of the spotting. But for peace of mind I’m having another scan in a couple of hours. Fingers crossed all is ok

Thanks again @Phia I am taking so many notes with all this great advice! I'll keep you updated once I get some results back. Losing our little man at 13weeks was such a shock, we'd had the harmony tests done and everything was good, we'd heard the heartbeat at 2 different scans so I was feeling that he was just so meant to be and I was so relieved thinking that there was no more ivf ahead of us! I've just been so lost since then. I was about to give up when I found this thread, so I am grateful to all the women here who have shared and have shown me that there may be a new way to find our rainbow x

Hi ladies, all is well with bubs, the spotting was most likely due to a small haematoma that I had. Heartbeat was 170.
My only concern is two weeks ago my progesterone was 70 and today it’s 26.8. Wtf? Is this normal? I’ve emailed Dr Nikos, just waiting to hear back from him. I’m doing 5 utrogestan a day.

@Mrsl73 how many weeks are you? I had the same happen around 7 weeks, my progesterone dropped massively. I ended up going on 6 pessaries a day plus 100mg provera tablets about 6 a day i think, and that was enough to stop my progesterone levels dropping and my spotting stopped. Was able to wean off them around 12 weeks. Maybe just have a chat to your ob. Hope that helps. Try not to panic xx
