Default Time to grow some muscles

Rather then hunt for my old diaries I figured I would start a new one (mods feel free to delete my old ones). So I had a big set back in my fitness last bootcamp term due to heart tests (all good for now), bad fibro flairs and a fractured foot but thanks to a nurse I saw in the news a few weeks ago a new fire was lit inside me. A young women went to Scotland and lifted the Dinnie Stones they weigh 322 kgs combined and she was only the 2nd women to ever do a successful lift. So with that in mind my goal is to do that for my 40th birthday giving me 2.5 years to train and build up to that weight. I am still doing bootcamp and my bestie who is a pt and opening up her own heavy weights gym has agreed to train me in heavy lifting and grip training. So here goes some painful but hopefully bigger muscles in the next 2.5 years!

2 rounds of training on some special made hooks my BIL made for me I mastered a 110kg lift today, only another 212kgs to go. With over 2 years to I actually think I will be able to do this!

Minor setback friday when I kicked my healing foot but after a new X-ray the dr told me although I have chipped 2 places I can still lift just no jumping or running. So today I was back to training before my bootcamp session and managed to increase my lift to 120kg! I messed my hands up a little so I am off to the sports store to buy some chalk.
