Default Fasting & post meal levels

    Hi ladies
Can anyone give me a quick crash course in bs levels during pregnancy?
I'm just wanting to track my levels and hopefully avoid gd down the track but not sure where I need to be.

Fasting levels I think have recently changed and they have gone from 5 down to 4.7?

What should levels be 2 hours after eating, and should I be tracking what they are 1hr post meal as well?

    Thanks all

Fasting I was always told to be between 4-5. 2 hours post meals should be less than 6.7.
I wouldn’t bother with 1 hour testing. Good luck!!
