    How do you have your tea and/or coffee?

    E.g, Skinny, long, black, soy, sugar, no sugar???

    Chai tea with 1 sugar and dash of milk. I generally need to re heat it at least 3 times before I’ve actually had the opportunity to drink it all

    Green Tea - 3/4 boiling water, 1/4 cold water.
    Hot Chocolate - strong with skim milk.

    Coffee - latte, full fat milk (sometimes double shot) with no sugar/sweetener.

    Tea - herbal fruit tea I have a dash of honey. Black tea a dash of honey and milk.

    Cappuccino, a2 milk no sugar (DH making me one now!) or herbal tea , no milk no sugar
