    Chai tea with 1 sugar and dash of milk. I generally need to re heat it at least 3 times before I’ve actually had the opportunity to drink it all

    Coffee - latte, full fat milk (sometimes double shot) with no sugar/sweetener.

    Tea - herbal fruit tea I have a dash of honey. Black tea a dash of honey and milk.

    Cappuccino, a2 milk no sugar (DH making me one now!) or herbal tea , no milk no sugar
