    Default PCOS Spironolactone and AMH

    Hi ladies,
I am just wondering if any of you with PCOS or high androgens have been prescribed spironalactone/spiractin?
If so, did you wait 6 months before TTC?
Also, if anyone knows if anti androgens make AMH levels low?
Im confused as it says everywhere PCOS women have higher AMH and DHEA however mine came in low.
Could this be due to 5 years on an anti-androgen?
    Thanks in advance
    X

    Hi,
I am wondering the same thing... I am on spironalactone (for hair loss) at the moment and my doctor said to go off it 4-6 months before TTC... I would love to know of anyone else on this and when they started TTC after stopping.
    Thanks so much
