I have happy news to share, I'm pregnant. I went to a new clinic. My fourth DE transfer and this one stuck, so far (7 weeks soon), and will hopefully stay with us.

Hi Kalina, so ecstatic for you!

Hi @Kalina, From what I know from plain old googling, the only way you could have two placentas is from either two embryos from two separate eggs or through transferring the one embryo which had already split (I presume they look like two embryos in the one shell because hatching occurs from day5). Splitting after day 5 would result in them sharing a placenta. I think it is worth asking the question 'did they share the same placenta'. If they didn't, you'll need to figure it out.
    .
    Anyway, a lovely result.

Right yeah I'm not skilled enough at interpreting ultrasound images to tell. If the sonographer is right and there is no second fetal pole it will all be academic. So I'm keeping a lid on my panicking and just hoping the sonographer knew what she was doing.
