    I’m a bit confused because the nurse said I’m around 4 weeks pregnant... l transferred on 27 Dec 18 a 5day blastocyst.
She’s booked my scan for 25 Jan which is 5 weeks according to me. I’ve read people do scan at 6/7 weeks.
If anyone can explain I’d appreciate it.
    🤞🏽
They count the 2 weeks before your transfer :-)

@ Gymming, it’s definitely a great start of the year. I started Ivf in 2014 April & have never had a BFP. I really can’t thank Dr Matthias enough, the extra tests he did & extra meds for immunology issues definitely did the trick. This was my third try on DE.
Even if this doesn’t stick, at least l know that DR M will tweak my next protocol & l will have a baby/s
I wish l had known about him earlier.
Good luck to everyone going through for transfers/ treatments.
If you’ve tried a few times & it’s not working definitely do Immunology tests.
    Baby dust....🤰🤱🏽

Hi everyone. I went on OCP 12 days ago so my dates were good rather than hoping my period would arrive on time. I'm still 2 weeks off wanting a full AF. Yesterday to my horror it appeared I had some bleeding. Needless to say I panicked. I contacted the clinic. I was told this can be normal. It only lasted for a few hrs but I thought it would crush my cycle timing. Has anyone had this on off on off bleeding whilst on OCP?? 😭😟😟😟 Today another small amount of spotting. What is going on???

Hi @Bizmak , massive congratulations to you on your pregnancy. I am thrilled and delighted for you and I wish you all the very best for a lovely smooth journey over the coming months.

I was lucky enough to conceive our DS on our first trip to Cape Town in 2016 (after 5 long years of IVF with my own eggs) and I am off to Cape Town again next month to try for a sibling. I was on Dr M's protocol last time and will be doing a similar protocol this time around but the details from 2016 are a bit hazy now and I can't remember when I started on the dex - I think it was about 4 weeks before transfer? Can you tell me how many weeks you took the dex prior to your transfer? Thanks so much for posting your protocol by the way!

Warmest wishes to you and your little jellybean...

Hi @Gymming this happened to me this cycle as well. My local FS put me the pill super early just to make sure I was all lined up ready to go and for the last 4 weeks of the pill I had both light and heavy bleeding. I was assured it was all normal and it just happens to some women. Coming off the pill my blood tests showed that I was down regulated and I've started the protocol as per normal.
I have my lining scan next Monday so I'll let you know if its effected me or not.

Hi @felicityfox I started the DeX in line with the progynova roughly 3/4 weeks out.

@ Felicity Fox, thank you soo much, l still can’t believe it. My bHCH is still rising so fingers crossed.
I started dex on the 22 Nov 18, my transfer was 27 Dec, it was actually scheduled for for a week earlier but my lining was still thin, so I’d say about 4 weeks.
Good luck for next month, baby dust 🤞🏽
