Transfer done
Have two lovely embies on board now. Into the dreaded 2ww. I’m to remain on clexane for awhile after a BFP. They would like me to switch to the crinone gel as well but it’s so yuk. It seems like you need a sledge hammer to get it out and the dry irritated vagina thing is too much🙄
DrW seemed to think with embryos of this quality there’s no reason not to get pregnant.
We have 7 left. I wasn’t like jumping up and down and they were looking at me funny. But when you’ve been in that chair 5x and doing the same scenario you tend to just want to reserve the applause.
Here’s hoping........
To all of you lovely diligent mothers to be blessings💋Last edited by BriarRabbit; 06-03-2018 at 01:59.

@Imbusi 1 I'm on prednisone and have been for the last 2 transfer attempts. Going thru Dr M in Sydney who specialises in immune issues. 2nd transfer has been successful so far but we are still only at 9 weeks so long way to go b4 I am comfortable saying we are pregnant. Started the steroids weeks b4 the transfer and am apparently not coming off them until after 14 weeks maybe longer.

Thank you for the well wishes. This can be a solitary journey at times. I came alone so didn’t really do much.
Baby dust for you next month Faith15💋
I started prednisone 5mg on my own prior to transfer. The low dose is harmless, but the thing to decide is how long to stay on it. Some say a few days after transfer. Just to keep the uterus ‘’quiet ‘’ to assist implantation. But other clinics say from two weeks post BFP to as long as 7 weeks. Of course there are those who need to take higher doses for longer time.
I threw everything at this cycle:/
Happy to hear the lovelies who are pregnant are feeling good. Try to relax and enjoy your time☺️Last edited by BriarRabbit; 07-03-2018 at 02:50.

Hysteroscopy
Hi I have done this. They are looking to see if your tubes are blocked, scarred or have fluid in them. It wasn’t distressing. I had some discomfort when they tried to push the dye on a semi blocked tube. Good luck and hope all is well

Hi ladies, well we lost both other babies over the last week, I started miscarriaging the first one last wednesday and then the second on Saturday I was in that much pain they took me into surgery Monday and now I'm recovering from an infection. It has been the longest and hardest and most traumatic week. I cant imagine how you can be that strong @faith15 to have been through what you have been through. I want so much to try again but am so very scared. I wish everyone heading to Cape town good luck and those that are pregnant may you carry full term and be so blessed with a beautiful baby or babies x
