We are now coming down to the wire for our NDIA plans. I have DS1's meeting at the end of this month, but DS2's still has no date, his current plan expires in the first week of December, I am getting worried that we wont get this date when we need it... I am super peeved cause we were confirmed an earlier meeting... and still nothing. I have been in contact with the NDIA and the LAC person and no available appointments..

I am super tired. Super dooper tired.
That sounds stressful WhiteMage. I hope you get your DS2's review date soon

I'm also exhausted - I think it's the time of year. Trying to find some things to recharge the batteries before the chaos of end of school/Christmas.

DD goes to camp next week. She's so excited!

    Hi @Grey clouds
I have two autistic boys. I worried about having a second but once you have them, you just love them so much it doesn't matter what happens

Time as a couple is rare. I suggest home based dates and finding a babysitter with lots of energy you can skill up over time

Just curious if anyone else’s asd child loves toy story movies?
My eldest son used to watch the first and second ones on repeat. Then his brother who is 9 years younger was obsessed with the 3 movies from toddlerhood.
Now my 5 yr old daughter who I’m taking for testing in the new year has taken to watching them on repeat. Not copied behaviour because both sons now won’t even watch any movies!

Both boys also love spongebob and I’ve read that a lot of asd kids love spongebob too.
So I was wondering if toy story is one of those type of movies they gravitate toward.

DS2 was going through a bad school refusal stage there for a bit but now he seems over that hump and is actually happy to go again, I think me working now makes him know I won’t be home so he has to go. And not only is he going but he is kicking butt getting through all his school work and even got student of the week this week. Plus he has been invited to the channel 10 Christmas party this weekend so DH and I are travelling away overnight with him to go while the other 2 stay with my Mum who is visiting at the moment so he is really excited.
