    I have the MTHFR gene mutation (which can be linked to anxiety) and take a combination of:
    - Active folate - in the form of Methylfolate and/or Folinic Acid
    - Active forms of B6 and B12 (important for absorption of the folate).

    I buy Thorne MethylGuard Plus on iherb as it has a mix of methylfolate and the active forms of B6, B12. My prenatal has some extra folinic acid in it too.

    I take activated B complex and I was taking seremind which is fantastic for mild anxiety. It is a lavender oil, completely natural and helped me so much. Things have settled down in my life now but I would definitely take it again if needed. Good luck finding something.
