    Oh my goodness that poor child. What is he like when he is with you? Is he excited to be seeing his mother when it's time or does he become withdrawn or not communicate much in general. I don't have much experience with these situations but I know my cousin was able to chose who he wanted to live with once he was 12, he chose to live fulltime with his father and it all worked out.
