I heard daddy long legs eat them (And redbacks), so I keep them around for that purpose!

    Default Weekend chat.

I’m cranky today. I’m always cranky when it’s windy. There is a dust haze here today, I just read that it’s all the way out to Charleville. Nothing like the dust storms from when I was a kid though. I just wish it’d rain everywhere to put out these fires and bring some relief to people doing it tough.

Our washing machine isn’t working so I’ve been to the laundromat this morning. I’m about to get stuck into cleaning then might make some cupcakes. I also have to do a dump run too.

Just on my lunch break at work loads of customers are cranky today!
It's quite windy here too, to the point we've been watering more often in gardening.

We went to the shops to watch the Santa arrival parade with DD. Then went up to Bunnings for lunch We did go to Bunnings for a specific item, but the sausage sizzle was the little bonus treat. Came home and put DD to bed for a nap. Ive had a little nap on the couch while watching the Fed Cup (tennis) and feel like I should aim to do something more productive this afternoon. Can’t guarantee that will happen though. I’m more inclined to want to mooch on the couch all afternoon and nap.

We quite often go to Bunnings for lunch

Well I’ve been to the dump, Kmart, woolies and picnic point. I haven’t cleaned and haven’t baked. I need to listen to loud music when I clean and whenever I put it on someone wants to talk to me
