    How is everyone?
Gearing up to pee on a stick tomorrow morning, an OPK.. haha, I'm excited, the process begins again. I like the knowledge of when I'm going to ovulate though. Reassuring.

I strangely enjoyed the POAOPK part of my last cycle lol.. I'm still CD2, so other than googling all the things I might have done wrong last cycle, I have nothing exciting to report!

A fun fact from my googling though - eggs have a 90 day lifecycle! So apparently we are fostering the next eggies long before the cycle starts.

Also I am going to drink more water and move more to improve circulation.. hoping if I say it out loud I might remember to do it.

Good luck for this window @Charlieboo!

Argh. This period is kicking my *** for real. 3 killer days of non stop stabbing pains in my uterus. I'm living on codeine. This is the worst one I've had since coming off the pill and I don't even know why it's been so bad

    AF is the worst!
My cramps were bad last week too. Hope it was a good clear out.
@skydancer yes! I need to exercise! I hate exercise. I just get so tired after running around after the kids and can't be bothered. I need to start walking. I just read about the whole circulation thing and the uterus.

Yeeesss I hate it too exercising for exercise sake is the worst! I need to find something enjoyable that just happens to involve exercise why is it that running after children doesn't count?

ETA tell us about what you read?

I think it was something I read on the natural fertility website. Just exercise to help the blood flow to the uterus ect...
    Wait I found it
    http://natural-fertility-info.com/uterine-health-for-fertility.html
I am just going to start walking. Yeah the amount of incidental exercise I do should count!
