    Default Miscarriage

    Just got confirmation I miscarried. Feeling numb and lost. Everything just goes on as normal. Not sure what to do from here.

    Really sorry to hear this mummyowl not nice at all. I know it's hard to comprehend and it's such a tough time that unless you have been through it not many understand. Let yourself feel what you feel and allow your self to grieve you have lost something precious and that times time to heal from. I hope your have loads of support behind you x
