    Default Helping/supporting DH

DH has been diagnosed with anxiety and depression, he's on medication and seeing a counsellor but he is struggling.
I don't know what to do to help or support him. Really doesn't help that his parents are staying with us at the moment. We hav an almost 7 year old daughter and I'm pregnant with our second however I'm having issues with this pregnancy which means a lot of unknowns and he's not coping with it.
Not sure where to turn for assistance and I'm feeling helpless.

My fiancé suffers the same. It can be so hard to be strong for them when you also need support too. I hope you are ok.

I strongly recommend your DH seeing a naturopath particularly for the anxiety, if he is open to it. There are plenty of natural supplements that have some great outcomes in anxiety & depression. Some can be used alongside his meds & will help. My partner has been taking kava for the past 3 months and it has helped immensely.
