    Hi there just make sure you have drain in the floor for water to escape if laundry floods. Otherwise the water cannot escape other than through your house. We have had that issue when we made our laundry an internal room.

    Only 1 of our houses we have used the laundry door as it was the only way outside
    In all the other house the door as been blocked of with stuff

    I would do it
