    Default Respraying laminate kitchen cupboards

Has anyone had laminate kitchen cupboards resprayed with a gloss finish?

Were you happy with the results?

    Can chipped cupboards be resprayed?

    What was the cost?

ETA can the resprayed cupboards withstand vigorous scrubbing?

My brother is currently redoing his kitchen and they are resprayjng their laminate cupboards. The cabinetmaker is doing it for them - he wasn't convinced it would work, but did a trial and they came up great. Not sure how they will hold up though....

Although not laminate my folks did their bath tub in 1998 and seriously to this day it is still spot on. I think it comes down to how good and how much work the person doing it has done
