Wow that kinda sounds promising then good luck.

Yes I had done 2 FRER and they both came up strong.

The bleesing basically subsided a couple hrs after coming home and there wasn't much at all on the pad that the nurse gave me.
The scan showed a 6mm sac. So just hoping to see a fetus next Thurs @ 6wk 1day.

So did another frer today. Looking more promising. Just gotta hope next time the sac has grown and it's got a yolk sac to 100% confirm it's not an ectopic IMG_1495929144.714642.jpg

    Hey @MickeyMouse84
Im 6 weeks today. Sac has grown as should. Seen a yolk sac and a fetus measuring 5wk5days but no heartbeat yet. I have to go back on Wed, I had another random bleed yesterday that didnt las. long.
FS is happy with how everything is going.. But I just can't relax dont think I will until atleast I can feel movement.
How are you going? What's the progress with you?

Oh glad you have had progression! Still early days with the hb but yea it's hard to ever relax I think.

Afm My third lot of bloods came back at 616, so another 80 hour doubling time. I got ****ty with the poor management from my gp and emailed my ob from my last Bub who has just left he group practice I went to and gone out on her own. She was so refreshing to talk to, she knows I have a medical knowledge background and so didn't talk down to me. Gp had said def ruled out ectopic with seeing "maybe a sac" on the scan and yo just wait for scan at obs next Thursday no need for extra bloods.

Whereas ob was like, yep you are right in that the numbers aren't great but they also aren't the worst seen. Sent me copies of he latest literature saying doubling time can still have lots of potential for viability at a 50% rise in 48 hours which is what I've been st each test. She also said the new absolute minimum for doubling to have potential viability is aftually anything over 35% increase in 48 hours, so that gave me reassurance I was still in with a slight chance. She also wanted me to have repeat bloods next Tuesday before seeing her Thursday. And also that yes ectopic is still definitely a possibility so to make sure I get seen at the hospital if I have any bleeding or unusual pains, which is good to know as if I had of had bleeding I would have assumed just a miscarriage and not been seen and there is the potential for ectopic and therefore rupture sort of thing.

So ultimately I should know by Thursday if this is heading in the right direction by Thursday at the latest, if my bloods keep up with an 80 hour doubling time they should be 2400 by Tuesday meaning a sac, with yolk sac and possible foetal pole should be seen. If the sac and yolk sac aren't seen at a minimum then it's a failed, if they are seen then we will go from there sort of thing

Well atleast ectopic is ruled out. Good to see doubling time staying regular and not decreasing. How stressful all this is hey.

I will check back in Thurs see how you went.
