Default Measles Mumps and Rubella Vaccine when Pregnant.

    The long story short.

I had a Measles mumps a rubella booster to "top up" my immunity and less than a week later, we found out I am pregnant. We did everthing by the books and have been actively trying for a year. In preparation for fertility tratment, I had the vaccine and knew I had to wait 28 days to try for pregnancy. Before I had the vaccine I tested negative for pregnancy.

Everything seems to indicate the baby will be fine but has anyone had any experience with this?

    Hi congratulations on your pregnancy..
I'm 10 weeks pregnant and a I'm in a similar situation but it was the chicken pox vaccine.. the initial tests showed negative for pregnancy and I took the first chicken pox vaccine and a week after had a positive pregnancy result..
GP and OB says it should be okay.. but the 13 week scan and some tests should be able to say whether there is anything wrong.. I'm just being positive and hoping for the best...

Congratulations I have been reassured everthing will be fine but after trying for so long I expected to be over the moon the day I got my bfp. Instead I was scared and angry. Let me know how everything goes

Thinking about it, baby wouldn't be taking anything from you at that stage, all just from its little eggy.
