    Default IVF socks

    Hello!

I am about to start my first IVF cycle and I like the idea of having some lucky socks to wear to the retrieval and transfer.

I quite like these but I don't want to spend over $60.

Does anyone know where else I can find something like these?

    Thanks

If you ebay custom socks you can find custom socks for as little as $3 -$8 and you can write stuff on them like "lucky retrieval day socks"

They arent as cute as the etsy ones but $60 for socks is a bit steep

Not sure if you're into this kind of thing but it's a similar idea, I have a rose quartz necklace which is known to powerfully increase fertility and is supportive of the female reproductive system and you're meant to wear it close to your heart. You can get them from any crystal store and they start from as little as $5. I'll be wearing it through all my next appointments after my first failed ivf 😀

Geez Louise, that supplier is really milking the vulnerability of women going through IVF. That's an outrageous price.

For what its worth, I do however understand where you are coming from. I remember saying to my FS that if she told me to worship a white one eyed bat at midnight each Wednesday then I'd hunt down that bat to do it. She told me that if I found a blind one eyed white bat then she could almost guarantee I'd be successful. I never did find that bat but I do have a DD from my first fresh transfer and another DD from my 3rd frozen transfer.

I wish you every success (in both IVF and finding your lucky socks).

Hey OP - I've found some on etsy (open your range to outside Australia maybe) they're $14 but postage is an extra $22 so still pretty expensive for socks but such a nice thing to help with keeping the help alive!!
