    Default One pot meal ideas

So I'm in the middle of my coles online order and am in need of some inspiration. I'd love some new one pot (or close enough) meal ideas if you have any to share! Or easy quick meals are always welcome to help the chaos that is our weeks!!

Happy Mother's Day too, hope you've all had an amazing day x

    Default One pot meal ideas

Back when i had energy and will to cook i use to love making these:

Eggplant goulash (you can add meat)

Tuscan white bean skillet (you can add meat)

Its not a one pot, but so easy... just dump and bake

This was super quick but id buy the sauerkraut from coles in a jar and just cook it through...

    Prawn snow pea curry

And this is my fave no mess baked salmon meal

You can put all kinds of veggies in with it. There is no clean up, you just throw away the foil and the prep takes 5 mins.... not to mention its healthy.

Gosh.. i use to love cooking before pregnancy.

We just had Lemon asparagus chicken for tea which id delicious! We just put steamed veg on the side so pretty quick, easy and not too unhealthy (we halve the butter but it's still quite a bit)

There's a facebook page called tasty one pot. That's where I go to for all out meals. The page has an associate one called Tasty Junior it has lots of recipes for kids and lunch boxes etc.
