    This is definitely me! I am a pen tapper or even just doodling on a piece of paper I can concentrate better.
    I also need tv on in the background when im studying online otherwise i cant sit and concentrate.

    That makes a lot of sense for me- I am very much a kinaesthetic learner. I know this from uni, I would forget lectures easily, unless we did a prac on the topic and then I'd get it really well.
    Sounds like its common in the general public too.
