I have to say this freaks me out way more than babies/toddlers close in age!

Yeah I guess we haven't really considered what it would be like having two teenagers. Having said that, my sister and I being close in age helped us to get through those years together. Maybe being sisters helped and we have no idea what the next baby will be... hmm... so clucky! Lol

DH and I felt really clucky after our first was born. We have a close age gap between our first two. No regrets here.

    Default Going back for more...

All three of mine are close (2.5 years from number 1 to number 3). I have no regrets either. We are now TTC again and will have at least a 5 year gap. It's going to be very different.

    I had 22 months between 1 & 2 close to 5 years between 2 & 3
    19 months between 3 & 4 and there will be 2.5 years between 4 & 5 i like the close gaps my biggest regret is leaving 5 years between 2 & 3

If we go back when DD is one (which is the current plan) and it worked first go (wishful thinking) then there would be approx 22 months between them which I think would be great. I don't think that's a small gap but then again I'm not sure what is classed as a small gap these days.

What's the norm? I would have thought a small gap would be TTC the next bub before the previous bub turned 1.

I might try to convince DW to go back at the end of this year instead but we will see... I gave DD the biggest cuddles tonight while she was asleep and she buried her head under my neck and my heart just melted. It was like reliving those newborn snuggles ❤️ can't believe she's almost 4 months old already.
