Default Anyone have a sewage treatment/filtration system?

    I'm after recommends or reviews...

We're looking at purchasing a block of land which is unsuitable for a septic tank and isn't connected to mains sewage. So the best option would be a sewage filtration system. Do you have one? What are they like? How much work is involved or problems? I've heard they need regularly servicing. I'd be also be interested in the cost of running one and the up front costs. Any recommended brands?

We have an Ozzi Kleen. Have had no problems with it. It gets serviced every 3 months for about $65. No smell or runoff. And free watering for our fruit trees from the sprinklers in the irrigation area

We have one and it is serviced every 3 months. The system is over 20 years old, but it is still doing its job. We have not been so attentive to the maintance of the hoses so the yard does not get the full benefit of the 'grey ' water. Over the time we have had to replace the motors and some expensive parts, but over all it has been a good investment. I cant remember how much it cost, but the service is $80 every 3 months. marie.
