    I picked my daughter's name so it wasn't popular and it wasn't in 2013 and now it has made the list

    Nope. DD's name is quite old fashioned but everyone loves it when they hear it

    Yes to both - first and middle names.

    Their middle names are higher up the list than their first names though

    Out of my 6.
    1 boy first name and 1 middle name. Different children.
    2 girls first names are on the list now but weren't when they were born. No middle names.

    Both first names but neither middle names. Our middle names are family names and haven't done the full circle yet to get back in fashion. W
