    Hahhaahah probably not!

Have a mortgage probably about 40% of value. It's not a house though... But a crappy little unit. The only reason why we owe such a "small" percentage is because the value of our place went up 50-60% in 5 years... Yikes.

I live in Sydney. Our mortgage is big. It's a lot higher than the average size mortgage. Owe less than 40% of the property value because the prices have increased so much.

No we're in the ACT. We had paid our mortgage off in Far North Qld but house prices were so much higher when we moved here we had to get one again.

We're stuck in the renting game for now. It's the deposit we can't get together yet.

We own with a mortgage. The overall value isn't high, but it is a high percentage of the value. Hopefully this renovation will be done soon and we will feel like we are in a better position.

I'm in Adelaide. DH and I just bought a brand new forever house and I'm still broke after my divorce - but getting there. I'm fortunate that I earn a good income and will be getting on top of things soon. Still hard not to compare to others though as I would have been so much better off if I hadn't had to pay all the debts off from my failed marriage

We own, with a mortgage. When we bought it just under 3 years ago, our mortgage was 80% of the value. Now with Sydney's property prices continuing to climb, our mortgage is only about 50% of the value (and that's with borrowing an extra $40k for renos in 2015).

We have a mortgage which is about 30% of the value of the property. I want it gone!! (The mortgage not the house). We recently refinanced to get a better interest rate and did some budgeting to get it paid off quicker.
