We own with a small mortgage - around 20% of the value.

We own. We probably have a mortgage that is about 60% of the house value left to pay off.

We own a large 6 bedroom house with a quarter acre block.... but it is in the country so that probably doesnt count. Would never be able to own anything remotely similar in the city, not a chance.
Should mention, we are both in our 40s so have paid it off over 15 years.
