@Phia number 7 wont work with me friends coz we big believers in hair of the dog and theyd wanna know where the fruck i was and why they werent there. I read somewhere, "hair of the dog" phrase was from medieval times when they believed if ya got bitten by a dog with rabbies, you could cure it by finding the same dog and rubbing its hair on you so the idea that you cure something using the same thing that caused the illness in the 1st place. Bitta trivia, keep ya'll entertained, coz teachers know all sorts of useless sh ite and a lot about drinking away the events of a days work with a couple of hundred moody teens.

Phia I think you are waiting for a transfer? If so, the best of luck to you.

AFM nothing to get excited about. Not a lot of follicles and growing slowly. Originally I though epu would be Tuedsay but I will be going to see my fs for a scan and then will make a decision as to what to do.

I am also mourning Chris Cornell but had other loves before him (Kurt Cobain and Eddie Vedder). After Cobain's death I also followed Dave Grohl and like the Foo Fighters.

Gorgeousgeorge one of my brothers is going to see Bodycount in Melbourne. Years ago I went to see Public Enemy and they came on stage late and Flava Flav came out with his massive clock and I thought, oh look at the time. I have to be getting ready for work in a few hours. I felt old!!!!!!
@Wild Rose omg flava flav baahaa! I know, i been trying to explain to peopke at work about bodycount but they dont understand. I been practising rapping in the shower for weeks. Still remember mosta the lyrics. I read antony keidis' autobiography 'scar tissue' recently coz i heard it was good and it was brutaly honest, crazy ebtertaining, funny, sad and so well written, fell in love with him all over again. Made me think about writing down my journey regardless of the ending even if its not a happy one. I dont usually like autobiographies but its one of the most beautiful stories ive eva read.

On a serious note, im hoping your follies snap into gear and that things go well for your current cycle.

I am conscious of posting funny things when we is all still riding the rollercoaster at different and wide ranging ends of the spectrum, hoping its all interpreted in good taste and bringing a little cheer to us all.

Fruck this roller coaster of IVF sucks. I was on such a high yesterday after my transfer and 2 good looking day 5 embies... now I get a call to say they have defragmented and combusted overnight so now I have none.
This seems to happen every time I allow myself to get a little hopeful and positive! I'm so sad.

@Spazzyp WTF! WTF! What the fudge.... hon I am so so sorry! I am in shock for you. To come so close and then have none is wall punching territory. (((((Big hugs))))) hopefully you can get some answers and guidance moving forward, that's heart breaking.

@Wild Rose - Hoping its good news at tomorrow's scan hun or you can put a plan in place to improve that growth.
Wow @gorgeousgeorge it really is a close nit community where you live isnt it hun it must be strange to see ex students all around you knowing your every move and pouring your drinks in the pub 😂. How do you manage to get some 'you' time.

@Spazzyp oh hun I am so upset for you hun I was so hoping for frosties for you unfortunately my cycles were usually the same especially near they end and we struggled to get anything to freeze. Everyone use to say it only takes one and to believe in the one I had transferred, I use to find that hard to trust but it is so right as this little one onboard is the only 5 day blast we ever had and he/she fought through. Believe in your transferred embie hun it can happen and this could still be your bfp, big hugs hun x
