@skeeter hello lovely lady, thank you for your congratulations, its so hard to do when you are suffering yourself so i really appreciate it xox i have been thinking of you a lot but i didnt want to tag you and draw you back in because i figured you were having a bubhub break. Like heyside, ive needed to do that too so i understand. At times it was a relief and helped to just re-enter normal everyday life. I think its healthy to get off bubhub at times. I'm so sorry to hear about your subsequent transfers too. I wish there was more i could say and do xox

@skeeter, I have been thinking of you a lot too. Totally understand you need a break. This whole damn thing is so hard and unfair.

I am in Brisbane so it makes easier to see Warren. He is really knowledgeable and kind. I am sure you heard a lot from other ladies here.

Although there is no guarantee, I know I am in good hands makes it a little easier.

Can you organise a phone interview with him? He is in QFG which has clinics in other states too. Maybe you can get his advice regarding plans and meds but cycling locally?

Thinking of you skeeter. I have been thinking of you as well. I think you were due with your twins at the start of this month and then you had Mother's Day to contend with.

Hi @Plj77 we havent spoken before but i know how you feel about the work guilt thang. Ive gradually come to be able to say to myself, "i have a genuine and serious legitimate medical problem that is not my fault and requires me to do things about it" which is exactly what sick leave is for. If you had cancer, you wouldnt feel bad about taking time off for chemo. Ivf is hard at work because its invisible to others and you usually can't say why you need the time off. I dont know if it would help to think like this for yourself? I also figure ive already been dealt a rough hand and why beat myself up more. When im trying to choose between 2 hard s h i t t y choices, i also try to think which one would i regret more? So maybe for you think if you would regret another day off or waiting 4 weeks? that might help make it easier. Just my 2cents but hope it helps in some way. Best wishes whatever you decide xox

@Plj77 - I can understand your frustration hun personally I would say have the day off for the appointment but this is coming from the girl who decided not to work through IVF. Hard decision though hun you have to do what works for you. Agree with @gorgeousgeorge's comments too you have every right to use that sick leave.

Have you had your follow up hcg bloods today @gorgeousgeorge or did I get my dates mixed up?

    Good evening warrior women!
@Flower78 a bit late with my reply, but feedback from my friend re: growth hormone was that it resulted in a better cycle for her and no side effects, so she gives it the thumbs up.
@skeeter have been thinking about you heaps, understand why you've been away. My 2 cents is keep your wazza appointment... I have one in august, it takes way too long to come around!
@MysticFalls you are superwoman with conquering your fears and flying everywhere now! Congrats on starting your donor journey too xo

My update; had a scan this morning and lots of follies! 16! All different sizes though, lots around the eleven mark, so hoping they fatten up. I'm day nine, so follow up,scan on Friday and I reckon EPU will be mon or tues.
I also had a consult with Dr M a couple of weeks ago and did a heap of bloods for him. I have a follow up consult with him next week, so hoping the get on his protocol before I do the next transfer. Thinking I'll do a freshie this time?
