    Default Affirmations for Fertility

Hi ladies, thank you all so much for the warm welcome. I just wanted to share some fertility affirmations, I'm a bit of a hippy and I like to practice gratitude and daily affirmations. I am going to start doing the healthy egg one. Here are some others:

    For Women

My body is a fertile place worthy of conception.

I am grateful for and love my body and all it does for me.

    My life is a blessing.

My womb is strong and fertile.

My eggs are healthy and developing perfectly.

I have the ability to heal myself.

I feel safe, supported and loved through my fertility journey.

My thoughts are peaceful and calm. (Great for stressful situations)

I am already healing my body, everyday it heals more.

I am grateful that I am a woman.

I support and love my husband (partner) through our fertility journey.

My menstrual cycle connects me to all women.

I am working with my body in a loving way to get my menstrual cycle back.

I am worthy of love, life and happiness.

My fibroids are dissolving with each loving thought I have for my fertility.

My womb is a healthy place that will nourish my baby.

Hi @ gorgeousgeorge, my fs has suggested that i take the Clomiphene when i have my next period which is then going to lead up to my IVF cycle, so really before my first IVF cycle. They have also suggested that i take melatonin from now too. My egg count is currently <1 so i don't really like my chances

Hi @tadine oh ok, i just wasnt sure. Blondeinbrisvegas totally knows what shes on about n so do all the other girls. My 2 cents is may as well try clomid seeing your waiting for sn ivf cycle, and i totally understand needing to try at least 1 own egg cycle. Sometimes, its not likebyou dont believe them but you just have to check for yourself, iykwim. Especially if you have the funds, give it a go i reckon. I did 4 own egg cycles before i was convinced. My AMH is 10 and i was 34-36 years old so it was hard to believe but after 4 cycles it was easier to accept because id proved it to myself (and i was broke, lol :-) ) Best of luck to you whatever you decide. Everyone on here will help you with all aspects, ivf process, the drugs, practical stuff, going crazy, getting sad, etc... Can ask anything, im happy to pay it forward xox

I've never used Clomid Luv but if your FS is already organising an IVF Cycle for you then if you want to you can give it a go and see what happens

Is the stuff very expensive to buy?? If not, then I would probably give it a go. At least it gives you something to do/try in the lead up to your IVF Cycle (the Clomid will hopefully stimulate your ovaries to release more than one egg..the more the merrier for you!!!) and then all you can do is that one of them fertilises

The melatonin is for egg quality too. My FS prescribes it as well.
