@Monty73 yeah the prednisolone hey, ive been getting so much stuff done coz i only sleep like 5-6 hours on that stuff. Ive never takrn it for so long before. Running on empty and adrenaline still i think. Do you end up adjusting over time sleepwise or does it stay pretty much the same? Although i guess everyone is different. I'm so glad everything is going well xox Keep us updated on all the upcoming stages if you want to. xox
@bindyboop how are you going lovely? When is testing day so i can keep you in my thought?
@Phia kali mera!(cant spell, dont really speak greek but thats my best guess :-) ) I cant remember where you were going/what doing before arriving in Athens. Whereverbyou are n whatever your doing, i hope you are happy xox

I still havent written my post about the known vs unknown donor thing from my perspective /experience but i will do it soon. Will be a novella so just wanna do it, when i have the time to do it properly.

    Congrats @gorgeousgeorge fab news!!!!!!!
So transfer was yesterday, two 'excellent' blasts, none to freeze. I am super happy and extremely greatful don't get me wrong, I have never gotten to the blast stage but I am feeling really under pressure as there is no way I could afford another full cycle which means this is the last chance to give hubby a baby.. he was so worried there was something wrong with his sperm too that when we got the news of two blasts he was fighting back tears of relief!
His bday is 25th so if I tested I thin it would be on the 24th which would be 7dpt..

@bindyboop. Hopefully these 2 are all you'll need, having some to freeze is a bonus and a back up but you may end up with twins so not necessary lol. Fingers are crossed very tight.
It would be an amazing birthday present for hubby, it's a tough call, but think of Dr N's success rate, it's so high and you had 2 good ones put in....it will work

Thanks @Treens! You are right, the success rates are fab and I have been cleared of any issues other than crappy eggs so it really should work, must stay positive!
All the best for your results today xxx

@bindyboop im so glad you got 2 beautiful blasties. Im sure that dr.n doesnt bother to freeze bodgy ones like some fs do just to make money. So oooh the 25th is ages away! 'Spose i will just have to wait! Keep enjoying Athens, eat pork gyros and baklava, i also took the tram from syntagma to the beach in athens, 40 min trip. Get off the metro at syntagma, walk up to the main road towards the big stairs (not towards shops), just ask the guys in the little kiosk boxes where to get tickets, youll see the tram lines and station and the beaches were lovely if you need a simple beach getaway not involving islands. Its the same water! I just sat on there till we hit the coast, went past a few stops to see what was good, then got off and went back 2 stops to the one i thought looked the best. 2 euro per tram ticket, serviced beaches with deck chairs and wonderful restaurants right on the beach. Way easy and cheap. Parthenon museum is worthy too. (But im a history teacher so a bit biased- but thats the museum where all the best stuff is and all the stuff thats missing from the real parthenon- except for the stuff britain stole ;-). With love, from your complimentary travel agent, gorgeous george ;-) Or just do whatever ya want xox
