    Hi all you lovely ladies,
Sorry it has been 2 months between posts.
The first 12 weeks are quite intense to get through.
So, i am now 13 weeks pregnant.
Our little bub is doing wonderfully, this is a picture from our 12 week scan a few days ago.
I hope you are all going well on your journeys. Thanks to Dr. Nikos and his wonderful team at Embryoland I have made it to 13 weeks.
It still seems so unreal. My first Trimester has been a dream. NO Pregnancy symptoms at all except bigger boobs, which I am more than happy to accept.
I stopped my medication which was 3 x Progynova and 3 x Utrogestan on the last day of week 11, and all is great so far, I've now had 1 week of my body supporting this pregnancy on its own.
At the scan, Bubs was 6.4cm long - head to bum and had heart rate of 157bpm.
We just announced our pregnancy to all of our family and friends yesterday.

We were initially pregnant with Twins, but we unfortunately lost one at 9 weeks. The great and lucky news it that we had 2 embryos transferred for this reason - just incase, and we still have one strong little bubba growing and thriving.

Our Due Date is 20th November

Big Love to you all xx

@julz1974 thank you so much for coming back to share your incredible news!

What a wonderful milestone - how incredible!

I'm sorry about your losing your twin - it must've been very frightening and sad all at once.

May the rest of your pregnancy be smooth sailing! Thank you for giving us hope and seeing your baby's scan!

I can't wait to meet Dr Kanakas!
Flying out tomorrow - Athens on 22nd of May.

    @julz1974
Our stories are nearly identical. It was like you where telling my story.
I am due 18 November and we also had twins but we lost one at 6.5 weeks.
I am really happy that we have both made it to 13 weeks, it's a great milestone.
Wishing you a smooth pregnancy and birth.

Thanks @AngelD ive been thinking of all the peeps who followed my journey and hoping theyd be happy to see my news. Its been so so lovely to share my joy with people. Maybe these things are the silver linings? Not many people are able to share at such an early stage with so many wonderful women. Lol, as we have the same name, my hubby mentioned he was nervous it might be my turn to take 3 for the team for 2017, lol, he goes white in the face at that thought. Im just happy to take whatever the universe gives and just enjoy each day until i get a reason not to. xox I hope and your massive family are happy and healthy and that you might be able to get some rest and have a bath in peace sometime in the next 10 years or so? ;-)

How many embies did you transfer?? As we're Dr Nikos' first Aussie trips I'm sure you'll be safe enough 🤞. Seriously though it's not that much different to having 1 as far as I can tell - especially when it's your first xxx
