@Evelynmoo I had some bleeding at 6/8 weeks so was on wazzas increased pessary / Valium / cyclocapron / bedrest regime til 13 weeks. My ob then advised to stay on one pessary (200?) daily until 30 ish weeks which I did (and had my bub at 38w!)

@Heyside good luck with your appointment today. I was super anxious at early stages, I ended up getting a doppler and check baby hb every few days and that really helped with my anxiety and worrying.
@Evelynmoo my doses were super high after bleeding, my ob weaned me off all drugs gradually from 10 weeks so I was off all drug by 13 weeks.

I weaned with the help of my ob (Charlotte) started at 11 weeks and it took the best part of 3 weeks, I'm sure I've posted her steps on this thread in the past I'll see if I can find it. I'm guessing the only negative of staying on them would be the cost and the mess.

Yep that looks like what I did. I've continued aspirin to reduce risk of pre eclampsia.

Hey ladies thanks for the messages of support for today. I was an absolute wreck this morning was feeling sick and shaking, was so worrying and surreal at the same time going back into old fs office. He was so lovely and welcomed me back straight away but as soon as he was so nice I broke down into tears and was an emotional wreck. I explained the whole situation and he quickly took me through for a scan for reasurrance. Baby was still there with a strong heartbeat and measuring just slightly under size but apparently thats fine. His/her twin was still there and I am sure will be for a while - sad yo see. I think due my emotions we didn't go into too much today, I am booked in for my NT scan next Tuesday and have a heap of bloods to do asap and will see him again next Wednesday. As for weaning of the meds he said there is no rush and as I am use to being on so much for my reasurrance they wont do any harm to stay on but we will talk more next week. The only thing I am starting to reduce is the panafcort and I run out of 400mg pessaries on Thursday so will just swap them for the 200mg pessaries .
