@Heyside almost into 2nd trimester! I didn't really have any symptoms until well into 2nd trimester after I was off prednisone. Are you planning to do nipt?

@Tiki90 that's a reasonable number, hoping you get many decent blasties. My best result was 4 out of 29 eggs.

Yes @Btae hoping my first ob appointment goes well on Monday and we still have one little one going strong - one step at a time. Not sure about the nipt testing to be honest, wazza mentioned it on Wednesday but we wouldn't terminate either way although I know my age at 36 puts me at a higher risk but the test wasn't available when I was expecting DD.

Oh honey big hugs and im so so sorry to hear. We had the exactly same thing happen with us but Charlotte was a strong one and still is now. Its so hard once youve accepted twins and are thinking about everything then it all changes. I still think about our little one that didnt make it often.. was it a girl/boy? Was there anything i could of done to prevent it from happening? but as Wazza said your body dose everything for a reason. Our little ones heart had stopped beating aprox 24hrs earlier than our scan. Its amazing how he could tell the time frame.
I had tears reading your original post as all those feeling came flooding back and i just wanted to give you a big hug. Take it easy for the next few weeks. Big hugs honey and you've got one little miracle still going strong xx (sorry for the essay!)

Hi @Heyside!!! Haven't been on the forums for a little while and saw the lovely news as I logged in. So very happy for you. It's been a super journey for you and I hope the time off did really help (sorry, haven't read the last few Wazza feeds since #5 so not sure of your progress). Sending lots of baby dust your way and hope that the twins are being very good for mummy.
Hey honey hows it all going? How have you been? So happy to see you back 😀

Thanks @Chyna I knew you would understand after being there yourself and yes I can imagine it being quite raw for you to read. I will always think of the little one that didn't make it, just hope this one is strong enough to stay around. A girl on another site I post on went through the same thing with her first child and she said she liked to think of the twin that she lost as a guardian angel for the remaining twin - I liked that way of thinking and although it brought me to tears again it has given me some support. I need to put this remaining bub first now and rest hope he/she is still doing well at our ob appointment on Monday.

@Heyside - sending lots of hugs your way and hope you can channel your strength to the little one that's still fighting hard. Thinking of you
