Default Dr Warren De Ambrosis-Wazza appreciation thread #7

    Hi ladies,

Can I pop up quickly and ask on what progesterone you were/are with wazza after 1st beta and for how long?
Is it standard for everyone or different?

During 2 ww I had 2x crinone + 1 pessarie, clexane, aspirin, feldene, ralovera. Was wondering if this keeps going after 1st beta.
Did you have all the same and for how long please?

Reason I ask is because I am with a cheap clinic atm, but applying wazza progesterone protocole as only 2 crinone a day and nothing else wasn't feeling right to me.

    Thank you in advance

Hey @LillyM I have been on such different protocols for my progesterone with Warren. As standard I think I was on 2x 200mg pessaries and a crinone. I think if I had got a positive beta and my progesterone looked good he would have kept me on that. On my negative cycles at beta my progesterone always plumeted though so during future cycles my general progesterone was increased, in my positive cycle I was on 400mg x 4 pessaries a day and 3 x 100mg of provera/ralovera alongside 3 progesterone injections before beta. Since my bleeding Warren has increased the progesterone again so I have now increased my provera to 6x 100mg provera. I think Warren's theory is you can never take too much progesterone so better to take more than less. Hope you can increase your progesterone and makes a difference.

Good luck with tomorrow's appointment @Chyna hope you come out with a good plan you are happy with x

@LillyM . I had a FET and was on 4 x 400 mg progesterone pessaries plus 1 x 100 mg endometrin pessaries as I had low progesterone. My value was just over 10 before it was quickly upped . This continued till 13 weeks. I would definately have progesterone checked as without all this p4 I would have mc. I am approx 26 weeks pregnant.

    Hello Everyone,
My 1st IVF cycle got cancelled because , a cyst 40 mm has grown , (thats is an active cyst) and kept growing and eating up all the injections and didnt let other follicles grows so doctor suggested to cancel IVF.

I am worried what if the same thing happen in second cycle as well? anyone experience this ?

Thanks @Heyside apt went well thanks. Basically i need tho reduce my breastfeeding down to at least twice a day and then I can start anytime. We are going too go with the same protocol as last iui cycle. This time id take the meds to produce a bleed and go from there. Wazza is on holidays from end of June until 1 week in August as if we did it, it would need to be sooner than later. I would like too get started and everything whilst still on mat leave. As outs so much harder when working with my insane shift work. How are you feeling and hopefully no more bleeding xx
