    Thank you for your suggestions, I already have a budget list every bill then divided it by 52, I was just seeing if there is a better way of organising things as certain people think it is strange I still use the computer and the envelope system and not using a app, I am glad to know I am not the only one doing it very basically

    I currently use what I call the "Putting Out Spotfires" method.

    A bill comes in and I madly rush around trying to find the funds to pay it

    I use every dollar, it's a Dave Ramsey budget system (he's american) and find it really good.

    I use YNAB (you need a budget). It's an envelope based system but with an app/online. It's excellent. However it's not free (and you have to pay in US dollars) which is a major downside

    Lol I know what you all mean about trying to find the funds at times, sometimes things are very tight. I use the envelope system as I find it good as I am a visual person
