I have PCOS too and agree it doesn't matter what pregnancy test you use. Have you seen a gyno about conceiving with PCOS? My cycles were long and irregular too, we tried our luck for a few months but it was very hard to pinpoint ovulation with irregular cycles. I conceived our first child using Clomid. Good luck

I'd also suggest getting a basal today thermometer and getting fertility friend to see if you actually ovulate

I have to agree with this.
Also have a chat to your gynie or get a referral to one from your GP.
PCOS can be more than irregular cycles, so making sure your health is in a good place is important.

I've had full bloods and testing done wth gp and got a referral to a specialist. I have a mild case of PCOS. Androgen levels are only slightly elevated and have around 20 follicles on each ovary. My weight is average maybe carrying an extra 5-8kgs. I don't have any other PCOS symptoms.
I guess now just go to specialist and start with Clomid or metaformin

You can get a day 21 blood test to check for ovulation.

I don't like to label pcos as mild/severe etc by blood tests or by number of cysts, and that's because it affects everyone very differently. My bloods are only slightly out and my cysts range from 15-25 yet I have not ovulated on my own since... well since I've been tracking since 2012.

I have a feeling I don't ovulate. But I've heard Clomid can help with that. But as you said, it affects everyone differently

Clomid helped me conceive. Doesn't work for everyone though but a good first step
