Tea Bogan here again. I bought the sleep one today. Do I have it plain or add milk/sugar like I do for regular tea?

Usually the 'herbal/fruit/green' ones are without milk. I add honey rather than sugar as a sweetener too.

eta. I have not drunk that sleep one before. But every other one I have not added milk

    Default Tea drinkers unite!

Bushells Blue Label is my favourite. I do also like Twinnings Earl Grey very occasionally, but it has a special place in my heart to me because of an old friend who passed away, it was her favourite cuppa. I like to have one for her. I probably didn't like it much at first but I enjoy it now, just not all the time.

    Default Tea drinkers unite!

I'm Scottish & in Scotland we have a nickname for anyone who loves & drinks lots of tea (plain old black tea of course, with or without milk/sugar).. The nickname is a 'tea-Jenny' it's a phrase that's frequently used in everyday language. Scots are huge tea drinkers.. And every problem can be solved with a cup of tea.

For me, a great cup of tea has to be made with fresh water, it should never be boiled twice, and the bag should be brewed for at least 3-4 minutes before adding milk.

this Scottish blend is my favourite I'll always bring a big box back to Melbourne with me, & will be sad when I get to the bottom of the box!.. I also like Barry's the Irish tea which some Woolies have in stock. Both these teas are pretty strong, & so they make a great cup of tea just how I like it

I like peppermint tea every now & then- but not a huge fan of any othersIMG_1493477330.010492.jpg
