I've done a Korma today, I made double the sauce/gravy & marinade & have frozen the spare... I do that a lot so that when we are busy (34 weeks pregnant so about to get very busy!) it's a much quicker meal to prep as I do most things from scratch.

This week I've put a couple of pizza's in the freezer, along with pizza sauce, 2 x lasagne after bolognese one night... there's also basil pesto, red pesto, butter chicken, chicken Kiev, vegetable lasagna, curry pastes, marinaded chicken wings, satay chicken...

I know what everyone means about the soup thing my husband will only eat chicken and sweet corn soup and even then will complain about being hungry despite having the soup with some toast. I just really wish he would eat a vegetable and lentil soup or even a pumpkin soup. The only other soup he will eat is beef soup out of a can which I find frustrating as I try my hardest to ensure pre packaged food is limited and that everything is made from scratch. I find a beef soup reminds me of a stew, but according to my husband that is not correct

Pretty boring again, DS was vomiting last night so bland food for him today. The kids had a rice & chicken thing:

Once they were in bed I made a Thai noodle soup. It was a soup kit, I added the veggies and used different noodles to the ones from the kit but it was pretty nice. Not spicey enough for me though!

Tonight was, fresh salmon, calamari rings, prawns and salad.

I usually plan my weekly meals and like to throw a different recipe/meal in there.

Here's some of the soups I've made in the last few nights with some of the stuff I bought from the Asian green grocers the other day. IMG_1493165554.461324.jpg

This is a cuttle fish soup with shiitake, tofu, bok choy, vermicilli, bean sprouts, carrots and of course the broth.
