One night while DS had a really bad cough I was going out of mind with worry, got up and started googling.
Found heaps of sites where people said they rub Vicks onto the bottom of the kids feet, so I tried it, now I do it all the time.
I have no idea why or how but it seems to work. I do it when he gets in bed then during the night if the cough starts up and is bad I do it one more time.

Coughs are no fun! And scare me as I always wprry it is croup.

A vaporiser/humidifier is the one that moistens the air. It helps dry coughs and also congestion.

I also use eukybear. But I find that helps mucous more.

    Default Pox!

DS is almost 2yrs 11 months, he had a constant cough mostly at night & I kept telling doctors I think it's asthma but doctors kept telling me he was to young to diagnose asthma, they checked for croup and whooping cough all clear, but he had an attack at the doctors the other day and they saw what is was talking . So they have finally put him on a preventative and we have gotten it before it got to bad.As per previous post definitely try the Vicks on the feet it does help also a teaspoon of honey before bed helps.
    Hope she gets better soon.
