    For me without a doubt was the death of Poussey (Washington) on Orange is the new black. So wasn't expecting that!

    Me too! Definitely the saddest TV moment for me in recent history.

    Also when Quinn was gassed in Homeland and at the end of the season when we weren't sure if he survived or not. That depressed me for ages!

    Oh Quinn...he was such a lost soul - the next season made me cry for sure

    And how did I forget about Poussey - that was a real tear jerker.

    Patrick dying- Offspring

    Lady dying in childbirth when she felt funny and leaving husband with baby- Offspring (I will never forget this, I had to change the channel I was so upset and missed a few episodes afterwards as I was scared things episodes were always going to be sad).

    I remember we were watching Dr Quinn medicine woman and a main character just died, just then news crossed over to the death of princess Diana

    Complications at childbirth and the mum died. I was a teenager, 10-years off being a mum, but that still shook me to the core.

    Couldn't watch it now. Not a chance.

    Omg there was an ER episode where a doctor and his wife lost their baby and she was giving birth to it. I was only a teenager but found it sooooo upsetting
