Yeah that's a good idea, I may try and do that! will pen it down and hopefully and come with something that's sustainable! i have just given up the booze too (not that I drank much) but a glass of wine after work sure kills the motivation levels haha.

    Default What's your exercise routine?

I have recently have a change of job and lifestyle. The only scheduled time a slot I have is a yoga class once a week for an hour and a half. Just tossing up whether to get up at and exercise at 5am or do it at 8.30 at night.
Exercise first thing in the morning, always! That way, it's done and dusted and you don't feel like skipping it after a long day or a full stomach.. also it will energise you for the rest of the day

I choose not to do this - it doesn't suit everyone. I didn't even do that before I had kids and still fit it in every day. With an early rising DD who still comes into my bed of a morning and really relies on that time with me (it's an important part of her routine I feel), I'd be getting up at 5am. DP works late and I like to be able to stay up and spend some time with him at night so it would just make for too long a day. Then DD would wonder why I wasn't in bed when she got up! Maybe as she gets a little older it might be an option but it's certainly not the only one.

Sorry, my comment was for the OP - just forgot to quote

I'm not saying first thing in the morning is the only option and it's certainly not for everyone.
