@mish239 unfortunately for most it gets worse the further along you get. I find sleeping slightly upright helps a bit and I've also taken antacids which I've obviously found the most effective. Think it was Rennies.

@mish239 I found the most effective thing for reflux was a simple glass of cold milk! Got it really bad with DD and it's the only thing that worked well for me.

Girls I need some advice/experiences please. I seem to always get a bit of an ache or pain if i wait too long to wee bit last night i got up and it was agony 9/10 agony then when i laid on my side it was awful it almost took my breath away and it hasnt really subsided although its lessened. Its on my right side in my abdo, back and hip...i guess im wondering if anyone gets anything similar?? Im going to mention to my Dr i just get a bit frustrated cos i get the answer of 'pregnancy causes lots of aches and pains we cant explain' most of the time but i dont feel like this is an overly common complaint??

@MrsBMum2be I get this too, no idea what causes it, But assuming its bladder related as mine goes away after I have pee'd. I have lost the full bladder sensation (dr didnt see concerned at all when I mentioned it last week) so I go periodically during the day and night when I think I should. On occasion I wait too long and get the pain you described : kind of around where I assume my kidneys are. Its incredibly painful but always goes away once I have emptied my bladder. If you get any kind of answer let me know.

@MrsBMum2be, I get exactly the same thing. I think your about a week behind me (I'm 21 weeks tomorrow) and about a 9 days or so ago I was in so much pain in the middle of the night I couldn't move and was in tears. I was worried but I had just had my 20 week scan that day so I knew all was ok with bubs and then the day after I had my ob appointment and I spoke to him about the pains and he said it's normal and it's everything just stretching. Do you know I've read that between week 20 - 21 bubs grows 10cm!!!!
