@Snoopa I was told to start weaning at 10 weeks. But depends on how many you are on. I was on two daily and dropped to one at 10 weeks then at 11 weeks dropped to every second day. My last one will be on Tuesday at 12 weeks (also the day of my scan)
Depending where you go will depend if you get some sort of results from the scan. Some sonographers will not give anything away as they are no drs, others will say what they can see and if that generally indicates thats all looks fine. They have to combine the results of the blood test with the scan and that can take a few days.

Cool thanks @Wishnhope. I'm on two 200mg daily. I will have a few left over after Thursday so I might gradually drop it down till they're done. I know extra progesterone won't hurt. I'm so excited to be done with them!!

I'm getting the scan done at a specialist women's ultrasound place. I had my hycosy there last year, and it was a dr that did it. I'm hoping she's the same one. So very excited!

@MrsBMum2be Dr couldn't find anything wrong. They did external and internal scan to check on bubs and on me and everything looks good. Checked to ensure I want in pre labour and all fine. They think it's just growing pains mixed with me over doing it for the past few weeks and have told me to put my feet up, said it could be a warning from my body I have to slow down.

Oh also @Wishnhope, do you know if there is an option to pay extra for faster NIPT blood test results? I'll be having that the same day too and just keen to tell people once we get the ok everything will be ok ☺️

@Snoopa sorry as far as I am aware it takes min 3 days for the bloods. I was told do it 5/5 days prior to scan for the results to be in at the same time

@Snoopa I read somewhere that the samples need to be tested then verified elsewhere, so I don't think they can speed up the process much unfortunately. I had the Harmony test done at just over 10 weeks and it took a week for results to come back.

Last night I slept with a pillow between my knees and after weeks of feeling uncomfortable I had such a good night's sleep! I had a long body pillow last time but it was just so bulky it was too awkward. I do like the look of the bellybean cushions but I'm hesitant to invest in much for getting through this pregnancy since we're not planning on having any more. Will need to find some roomier tops soon though :/

I get super achy hips if I sit too long or move around too much. Guess its all those hormones loosening everything up!

Mine is definitely worse as I never healed from carrying such a heavy baby in utero and after! I still see a physio about it and will get onto the antenatal physio once I qualify at the hospital.

@Snoopa - good luck with the NT scan! I found out the results immediately, but every clinic is different. I have some friends who had to wait a week or so. Let us know how it goes! I stopped cold turkey on the pessaries, but then again I didn't have to take them for very long.

I had a scan on the weekend! I love the 3D scan.. it reminds me of my husband! Looks like bub is dancing, hand in the air and laughing. Pretty much sums up DH! We decided not to find out the gender, although it was hard when we were watching the 3D scan not to ask!
