    Unhappy How to keep organised??

When is a good time to start buying all the stuff i need? I'm almost 4 months in and I'm worrying...... I have some clothes passed down from friends and family and some toys etc, it's just mainly the big stuff I want to start getting together. I have a play pen and a pram but I just really don't know when to buy a cot, all the kitchen stuff, bottles, etc. Should I be worrying?? I don't even know where to buy from!! I'm so picky

buy as you go but keep in mind you'll want to have it all bought and set up by the 7-8m mark. you'll be too fat and lazy to feel like researching and shopping for baby stuff after that, plus if bub comes early you'll want to feel ready. i'd say any time from the 20 week scan onwards is good planning/organization.

try not to stress too much though if you dont have it all sorted.

the shops are still open - and you still can get stuff after bubs comes.

As long as you have a cot or bassinet for the first month or so .. and a pram ... and a capsule - the rest will sort itself out.

yes its nice to have it early - but dont go berserk if you dont.

All bub really needs is milk, a place to sleep, a way to stay warm, a way to be moved around and a clean/dry bum.

As much as it's a huge life change, babies aren't that big a deal in terms of 'stuff'. I know that every man and his dog is trying to sell 1000 products, but most of it is unnecessary. People have been having babies forever. You'll be fine

Yes...A bassinet and a car seat, a few outfits (you'll get a billion clothes when bub is born!!), some wraps and a blanket. That's really all you need to get started. 1st bub you get soooo many gifts. Toys and playpen and highchairs you don't need for months after bub is born.
And you'll find what you *think* you need now is different to what is actually useful or functional!
