A library! I've always dreamed of having my own library. Floor to ceiling shelves filled with books, a large bay window overlooking the garden and big sofa that you can sink into.

An actual spare bedroom for guests.

We do have a spare room- it was the reason we moved into this house but H decided he wanted it as a study so when we moved in (over 18 months ago) I told him it was up to him to sort the room the way he wanted it. It's a dump site- full of ebay crap, unused exercise equipment, his work clothes and shoes.

I cant think of any... we have a gym and spare room and big built-in cupboard thing in the hall for shoes, bags, ect. Pre DD I would have loved a library but know I'd never have time to use it now I like the outdoor pizza oven idea but I'd probably eat far too much pizza, although maybe then I'd use the gym more!

I don't really have much desire to change much except a new door.

Figured the pic would explain better. Our "front" door is actually at the side and halfway up the house, straight into the living room. I want to use the side door that's closer to the front that goes straight into the sunroom, as the front door, and then step into the living from there. So just want a door put in there. That was it can be a room to put shoes etc, instead of having to sit next to the telly. Also, when it rains (not often but still) water comes in under the front door, just because of the angle, so I want to close it off.

I have a walk in dressing room - not quite as glamorous as this one - but gorgeous all the same. Its bliss.

What I want though is a sewing room
